About the Carriage House
Working together since 1997

OUR MISSION
It is the mission of the Carriage House to assist adults with serious mental illness in their recovery — gaining or rediscovering the skills and self-esteem necessary to return to work or school, move into better places, stay out of the hospital, and reclaim one's life.
OUR STORY
26 years of changing lives
Founded in 1997, The Carriage House is one of 370 proud affiliates of Clubhouse International. What started as a small community of a few dozen members has grown into a thriving program serving over 2,000 members — with more than 500 people returning to work and over 230 pursuing educational goals. We believe that everyone has strengths, talents, and the potential to thrive. That belief hasn't changed in 26 years.
